Femme Fatale: Peppermint Pinwheel

Femme Fatale continues her candy theme with Peppermint Pinwheel, a red microglitter glitterbomb accented with silver microflakes. Now this is a holiday polish through and through. Bright holiday red, sparkly from all the glitter, holographic twinkle, everything about this polish screams festivity and holiday cheer. The base color is a cool-toned cherry red, but the glitters are warmer toned, so overall the red is fairly neutral. I suspect it photographed a little warmer than it actually is in real life.

The formula is wonderful, covering smoothly and easily in two coats.

Lilypad: Embrace Me

Lilypad continues her Magical Images series with Embrace Me. This polish features a deep indigo blue base with a strong reddish-copper/green shifting shimmer and green/blue shifting iridescent flakes. The shimmer is actually quite pretty. It produces a diffused effect that throws little sparks even where the light doesn’t direct hit.

My top coat pulled color from the base blue, so watch out for that and for potential staining.
