This month’s Stardust collaboration sees Supernatural Lacquer join Ethereal and Kathleen & Co. for a box inspired by the makers’ favorite horror and slasher films.

Ethereal: Ghostface

Ethereal’s contribution is Ghostface, which features a very sheer indigo/blue tinted base loaded with pink/gold/green shifting shimmer. The sheerness of the base combined with the intense shimmer really gives a ghostly appearance, especially where the shimmer vanishes when direct light isn’t hitting it.

Kathleen & Co.: Knife to Meet You

Kathleen & Co. is contributing Knife to Meet You, which features a deep denim blue creme base with red/gold/green shifting shimmer. This shade feels kind of cozy, which might not fit the inspiration very well…

Great formula, achieving complete opacity in two coats!

Supernatural: Sweet Dreams

Guest maker Supernatural’s contribution is Sweet Dreams, which features a sheer swamp green jelly base with strong pink/gold/green shifting shimmer and scattered holo microflakes. I don’t know how, but somehow this jelly base seems to have a lot of depth, and the shimmer and holo really look suspended. The effect is incredible. The formula is quite sheer, so you do have to build up to the final effect.
