3 polishes
Arcanist
Arcanist features a saturated purple base with blue iridescent glitters and holo microflakes. For some reason I have a really hard time photographing blue particles in purple bases…they always come out looking like purple particles in a purple base. So please note that those little glitters you see are in fact blue. This seems to be the same kind of holo flake used in Pahlish’s Baikal, where the holographic effect is extremely minimal, especially after top coat.
The formula is a little chunkier due to the glitters, but it also has excellent opacity for a jelly.
2 coats + top coat
Dragon Scale
Dragon Scale features a medium, desaturated purple base with a rainbow of iridescent flakes. The formula felt a little thicker and harder to spread than I’ve come to expect from a Pahlish iridescent flake, but it wasn’t a huge problem. If you prefer thinner formulas you may want to add a bit of thinner.
3 coats + top coat
Nettle
And lastly, Nettle features a soft lavender base with gold dust. Such a cute and pretty shade!
The formula is lovely and smooth, which is wonderful considering how light the color is. If you have shorter nails and do a careful paint job, you’ll probably be good to go with two coats!
3 coats + top coat
My personal favorite is Nettle. I love soft purple shades, and purple and gold is such a lovely color combination.
These shades will be available for preorder starting 7pm Central on April 12th, and the preorder will run through the 14th.
